The terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) set forth below are provided in English to avoid any misinterpretations caused by a language translation. If necessary, please seek the proper advice or do not use this website.


These are the Terms governing each user’s (“your”, “you” or “user”) access and use of the website controlled by Belsio HRMS (“us”, “we” or “our”), owned by Belsons Technologies at DIFC, UAE (“Site”).

By using and/or viewing this Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms. By continuing to use this Site or any of the services, products or content of this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you cannot use this site.

Belsio HRMS has the total right to edit or delete any content in this Site, including these Terms, without notifying you.

Use of this site

Reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, use, reuse, re-publicize, assign, sublicence, sell, or exploit for any public or commercial purpose, any portion of this Site, use of this Site or access to the Site;

Attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this Site or any material or content displayed on this Site; and/or

Access or use this Site in any way that could or is intended to damage or impair this Site, or any server or network underlying this Site, or interfere with anyone else’s use of this Site.

5 User Free Plan Limitation

The free plan for up to 5 users is limited to 2 months. After this period, users will be upgraded to the paid version so they can continue enjoying the features of the HRMS with no interruption.

Trial Period Terms:

  • Belsio HRMS reserves the right to terminate the free trial period at any time without notice.
  • During the trial period, some features of the software may be reduced.
  • Belsio HRMS will not be responsible for any data or business loss caused by the stoppage of service due to expiry of the trial period or early termination of the trial period.
  • Auto-subscription will be enabled after the trial period is finished.

Difference between accesses

  • User (Admin) Access – The HR head, Management, Chairman, and IT Head who is responsible for setup up the HR software for the company gets this access.
  • Employee access – Employees who need access to ESS only.

Use of information

Belsio HRMS has a Privacy Policy (“Policy”), which sets out how we handle personal data that you may provide or we may collect (“Personal Data”), in connection with your access or use of this Site.

Our Policy gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy, how we use aggregated information, and how we treat your Personal Data (if applied or provided).

By using this Site, you accept our Policy and agree to the collection and use of your Personal Data in accordance with our Policy. If you do not agree with our Policy, you cannot use this Site.

No warranty given

The information and materials contained in this Site – including texts, graphics, links, or other items – are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As such, Belsio HRMS does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions that may appear on this Site and/or any page therein.

No warranties of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, are given in conjunction with the information and materials

Financial information

Belsio HRMS will not ask for nor collect financial information from you through this Site. We disclaim in full any such liability and you hereby agree that we shall have no liability to you in respect of any financial information or data that you may transmit to us.


From time to time, Belsio HRMS may offer and/or co-sponsor marketing campaigns or promotions on this Site. Each of these activities shall be governed by specific rules accessible from this Site.


You may post or submit suggestions, reviews of services or products, comments, ideas or other messages (collectively referred to as “Submissions”) so long as the content of your Submissions is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, spiteful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties (including, but not limited to, any content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate applicable law).

You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your Submissions.

Belsio HRMS reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit and remove any Submissions. By posting or sending us any Submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Submissions in any media.

Disclaimer and exclusion of liability

In no event will Belsio HRMS be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this Site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or reliance on the contents of this Site, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay or failure in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Belsio HRMS are advised of the possibility of such damages.

The content, accuracy, opinions expressed and other links provided by these resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by Belsio HRMS. This Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by all applicable law.

You accept and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE in respect of any dispute or difference arising out of and/or in connection with these Terms.
